Oliver is responsible for the synthesis of metal-organic frameworks at lab and production scale. He has a sound background in the production of intermediates and active ingredients (non HiPo – HiPo Kat. 3). With his broad experience in the development of ingredients at pilot scale, he optimises the yield of our syntheses while increasing the quality of our MOFs.

Lisa is the Logistics and Operations Manager at novoMOF AG. She holds a PhD in Chemistry from the UK and has experience in material development and characterisation for energy storage applications as in lab automation. In her role, she handles the global delivery of materials to our clients and partners, and works on optimising operational and reporting processes.

Ishan is a process systems engineer specializing in adsorption-based separations and CO₂ capture. At novoMOF, he develops advanced process models and optimization strategies to translate cutting-edge MOF materials into high-performance industrial separation processes. His work bridges material innovation and process design, combining first-principles modelling with system-level optimization to enable scalable, energy-efficient solutions.

Katie is a Materials Specialist at novoMOF AG. She holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering, where she focussed on synthesising, developing and analysing MOFs for carbon capture and conversion, alongside other sustainable applications. In her role at novoMOF, she works on material selection, and extensive characterisation and analysis of MOFs.

Anna has 14 years of industrial and R&D experience in fields related to environmental and process engineering. This broad range includes development of polymers for desalination and oilfield (BWA Water Additives), mass transfer limitations on membrane systems (biofouling) at EAWAG / ETH Zürich, and sorbents & pigments based on calcium carbonate (Omya). For novoMOF, Anna is involved customer projects as well as internal process developments.

Cristina is the Marketing Director of novoMOF AG. She holds a MSc degree in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Western Switzerland (HES-SO). Cristina has multiple years of experience across various industries with proven success in strategy development, event organisation, community management, content marketing, website development, SEO, email marketing and PPC campaigns.

Paul is an accomplished Sales Leader with over 20 years of experience in driving international revenue growth, particularly in cutting-edge and emerging technologies, bringing them to commercial maturity. Now serving as VP Commercial Strategy at novoMOF, he plays a pivotal role in advancing the commercialization of Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOFs), innovative materials essential for reducing CO₂ emissions and promoting sustainability. Paul is dedicated to leveraging his expertise to achieve sustainable growth and address global challenges through innovative solutions.

Timo Steitz is a Co-Founder with a focus on Strategic Business Development. Timo holds a Double Degree Master of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from ESADE, a Master in International Management (CEMS) from Aalto University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). With a successful background in founding a software company, he shapes novoMOF’s commercial strategies and forges strategic partnerships, driving sales growth and solidifying market position.

Wilhelm is the Chief Financial Officer of novoMOF AG. He holds a diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology Munich (TUM). Wilhelm has been active in various senior management positions in leading American software companies where he has been driving worldwide business operations.
